The Surgery Center at Lakewood Ranch Medical Center offers traditional and minimally invasive advanced surgical services. Known for their acts of compassion, the highly-trained staff provides diagnostic and surgical procedures 24 hours a day, seven days a week, to meet the surgical needs of each patient.

Minimally Invasive Surgery

In the past, open surgery was the only option available to surgeons when they needed to see inside a patient's body or remove or repair an organ. But today, minimally invasive technology is completely changing the way doctors approach patient care.
