Lakewood Ranch Medical Center’s ER at Fruitville Receives 2023 Press Ganey Human Experience Guardian of Excellence Award®
Lakewood Ranch Medical Center (LWRMC) announced today that its free-standing, full-service ER at Fruitville has been named a 2023 Human Experience (HX) Guardian of Excellence Award® winner by Press Ganey, the global leader in healthcare experience solutions and services. This award is part of Press Ganey’s annual ranking of the top hospitals and health systems in the country, according to performance in patient experience. This is the second consecutive year the ER has achieved this award.
As a winner of the Press Ganey HX Guardian of Excellence Award®, The ER at Fruitville is in the top 5% of healthcare providers in delivering patient experience in the past year.
