Physical Therapy

Your First Visit

When you come to the Physical Therapy Center at Lakewood Ranch Medical Center for the first time, you'll be asked to complete paperwork and patient education. You'll be evaluated by our staff and will receive a limited course of treatment that usually includes the initial stages of a home exercise program. Most patients are in the office for one to two hours during their first visit. Subsequent visits will last about an hour, depending on the degree of care required. Your next visits will focus on your progression. Our goal is to help you return to optimal health as quickly as possible, and return to an active and productive lifestyle.

Office Hours

We offer extended hours of service for your convenience. Our flexible appointment hours mean that early morning to late afternoon times are available. If you cannot make your scheduled appointment, please  — as a courtesy to others — call us to reschedule your appointment. We will make every effort to accommodate your request.
