Lakewood Ranch Medical Center is Now Hiring Nurses for New Freestanding Emergency Department
Lakewood Ranch Medical Center (LWRMC) is now hiring nurses for the new freestanding emergency department (FED) located on Fruitville Road that will open on December 7. New employees will join more than 600 employees at LWRMC, recipient of multiple “A” grades for patient safety from the Leapfrog Group, an independent nonprofit organization that drives patient safety.
Lakewood Ranch Medical Center Director of Emergency Services Christine Bolkema, RN, BSN, stated, “The FED nurses play a key role in patient care and safety at our new freestanding emergency department and will demonstrate the best standards of care and practice. We are currently recruiting full time day and night shift and per diem Registered Nurses.”
