The Laboratory Services Department at Lakewood Ranch Medical Center provides comprehensive blood testing and urinalysis services to inpatients and outpatients. This includes annual screenings, diagnostic services and emergency testing.
We are proud to be accredited by the College of American Pathologists.
Laboratory testing is an essential tool used by physicians and other practitioners. Test results can help physicians diagnose, treat and monitor many health issues. Services we provide include:
- Blood bank
Inpatient ancillary services are available 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Our team of highly qualified health professionals will provide you, your physicians and other providers with the lab services you need. Our staff will draw your blood for testing as quickly as possible while keeping you comfortable.
Enjoy the benefits of our Walk-in Outpatient Laboratory, which is located on the first floor of the hospital. No appointments are necessary, and we have a blood and urine specimen drop off area for outreach services.
