This series of five classes is a comprehensive program designed to prepare a couple physically and mentally for birth. This is an experience not to be missed and completely different from what can be viewed on TV or through the internet!
Topics include pregnancy discomforts, preparing for physical changes, labor and delivery and hospital policies and procedures. Couples will also learn about pain management techniques and anesthesia pain relief.

- Wednesdays, Dec. 3 to Dec. 17 (Condensed)
2026 Dates:
- Series starting January 7th and running through February 4th
- Series starting February 18th and running through March 18th
- Series starting April 1st and running through April 29th
- Series starting May 13th and running through June 10th
- Series starting June 24th and running through July 22nd
